How do I make a return?
Contact us on the contact page and we will arrange your return. Currently the cost of returning the item will be up to you the customer. It is a 14 day return policy. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards and paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
How do I know what size to order?
We understand your concern with sizing. Most things do run true to size. Zenana will run oversized so we tend to say go down a size. If you have questions please contact us under the contact tab. We will do our best to help you under the descriptions.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate for 9.21 and we ship through USPS. If you are local we will have free pickup.
